House Fire Update

We are delighted to share that work on the home of Geng and Nut, the couple who were affected by the recent house fire, is nearly complete. There is just a little more painting and floor tiling to finish before everything is ready. This incredible achievement would not have been possible without the kindness and generosity of so many people. 

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who has donated materials, equipment, food for the workers, and, most importantly, their time, energy, and heart. Your support has made a real difference and shown the true strength of our community. 

HANDS staff will also be purchasing a bed and wardrobe for the couple, and once these are in place, they will be able to fully move back into their home.From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to everyone who has played a part in helping this couple rebuild their lives. Together, we have turned a tragedy into a story of hope, compassion, and community spirit.
